I understand

  • Human-centered design makes education and training engaging, meaningful, and memorable.

  • Education and training experiences should balance the rational learning and performance needs of learners with their emotional and motivational needs.

I believe

  • Innovation = Ideas + Implementation. Even the best, most cutting-edge learning design will fall flat unless it is implemented well.

  • Details count. Big things count, little things count, and everything in between counts.

How I work

  • I'm curious and motivated to understand others' behaviors, attitudes, mindsets.

  • I back up my words with action and hit my deadlines.

  • I always remember my sense of humor and creativity along the way.
